S.F. 3858: Senator Johnson Stewart: Sustainability provisions modification.

Testifier: Marcus Grubbs - Director of Office of Enterprise Sustainability, MN Department of Administration Senator Johnson Stewart moved an oral amendment to the A1 amendment as follows: Page 1, line 9, delete everything after “improvements” Page 1, line 10, delete everything before the period The motion prevailed. The oral amendment was incorporated. Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A1 amendment, as amended by the oral amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 3858, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3887: Senator Pratt: Watershed districts permission to self-insure for certain employee health benefits.

Testifier: Joni Giese - Administrator, Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District Senator Koran moved the A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 3887, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2757: Senator Maye Quade: Local government grant account establishment, grant programs for local governments to pay for certain costs of federal action establishment, and appropriation.

Vice Chair Maye Quade moved the A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted. Vice Chair Maye Quade moved that SF 2757, as amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
