Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 9:08AM
Call to Order
S.F. 3596: Senator Port: Onetime emergency rental assistance aid for counties and Tribal governments establishment and appropriation.
Eric Nauman, Senate Principal Fiscal Analyst, spoke to the bill Senator Draheim moved an oral amendment to insert a new paragraph on line 3.9: "(e) Counties, tribal governments, and entities that administer the program may not retain any portion of the funds received for administrative costs." Motion prevailed
Senator Mohamed moved that S.F. 3596, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
