Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 5:56pm. After every agenda item, time was allotted for committee discussion and questions.

Chair Dibble presented S.F. 2082 Testimony was heard from the following individuals: • Erik Rudeen, Minnesota Department of Transportation • Abbey Bryduck, Minnesota Asphalt Pavement Association • Pong Xiong, Minnesota Department of Safety • Darin Lee, Aggregate and Ready Mix Association of Minnesota Senator Jasinski moved the A12 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A12 Amendment was adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A20 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A20 Amendment was adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A22 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A22 Amendment was adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A36 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A36 Amendment was adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A9 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A9 Amendment was adopted. Senator Howe moved the A11 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A11 Amendment was adopted. Senator Howe moved the A24 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A24 Amendment was adopted. Senator Farnsworth moved the A13 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A13 Amendment was adopted. Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A39 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A39 Amendment was adopted. Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A32 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A32 Amendment was adopted. Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A37 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A37 Amendment was adopted. Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A42 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A42 Amendment was adopted. Senator Lang moved the A7 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A7 Amendment was adopted. Senator Lang moved the A8 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A8 Amendment was adopted. Senator Lang moved the A29 Amendment. Senator Lang withdrew the motion following testimony. Senator Nelson moved the A25 Amendment. Senator Nelson withdrew the motion following committee discourse. Senator Hawj moved the A41 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A41 Amendment was adopted. Senator McEwen moved the A5 Amendment. Via roll call requested by Senator Jasinski, the motion prevailed and the A5 Amendment was adopted. Senator Dibble gave the gavel to Vice Chair Ann Johnson. Senator Dibble moved the A4 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A4 Amendment was adopted. Senator Hawj moved the A40 Amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A40 Amendment was adopted. Chair Dibble moved that S.F. 2082 as amended adopted. The motion prevailed and the bill was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
