Inclusion of SF 319 adopted by voice. Inclusion of SF 456 as amended adopted by voice. Inclusion of HF 129 adopted by voice. Senator Howe moved the following oral amendment to the A-3 of SF 1417: Page 2, line 21 after "volunteer" insert "or paid on call" adopted by voice. A-3 Senator Howe moved, adopted by voice. A-5 Senator Seeberger moved, adopted by voice. A-6 Senator Seeberger moved, adopted by voice. A-7 Senator Westlin moved, adopted by voice. SF 1417 was laid on the table. SF 1098 was taken from the table. A-27 Senator Seeberger moved, adopted by voice. A-28 Senator Seeberger moved, adopted by voice. A-26 Senator Kreun moved, failed by voice. Senator Latz moved that SF 1098 as amended be incorporated into SF 1417 as amended by the A-1 amendment, adopted by voice.

Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1417, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1098: Senator Latz: Claim amount for mandatory binding arbitration modification; certification of certain juvenile court expenses authorization; filing, copying and printing of certain court papers modification; appropriating money.
