Senator Mary K. Kunesh called the meeting to order at 8:37 am, Senator Doron Clark took the gavel at 8:40 am. Senator Mary K. Kunesh took the gavel at 9:23 am. Senator Clare Oumou Verbeten took the gavel at 9:45 am.

Senator Kunesh presented the bill.
