Senator Lindsey Port called the meeting to order at 12:35 pm

Call to Order


S.F. 2214: Senator Hoffman: Minnesota homeless study money transfer and appropriation.

The following individuals testified on S.F.2214: Michelle Gerrard, Wilder Research

Senator Boldon moved that S.F. 2214, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2681: Senator Kunesh: Manufactured home down payment assistance program and the manufacture home park cooperative purchase program appropriation.

The following individuals testified on S.F.2681: Emily Stewart, Northcountry cooperative Foundation Jason Peterson, NeighborWorks Home Partners

Senator Boldon moved that S.F. 2681, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2691: Senator Boldon: Standards for rent and utility payments, fees, and charges provision in manufactured home parks.

Senator Boldon moved that S.F. 2691, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
