Senator Steve A. Cwodzinski called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m.

Call to Order


S.F. 1740: Senator Cwodzinski: Kindergarten through grade 12 education provisions modification.

Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A12 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A11 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A16 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A15 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A14 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Abeler offered the A17 amendment. Senator Abeler withdrew the amendment. - Senator Maye Quade and Senate counsel offered two oral amendments on A25, voice vote, all in favor. Testifers: - Adosh Unni, Director of Government Relations at the Minnesota Department of Education. Mr. Unni testified on the A3 amendment. - Matt Shaver, Ed Allies. Mr. Shaver testified on the A16 and A15 amendment.

As amended, be recommended to pass.
