Senator Foung Hawj called the meeting to order at 3:05pm. Senator Lang and Wesenberg joined by remote.

Call To Order


S.F. 2530: Senator Hauschild: Orderly and environmentally responsible development of the states gas resources facilitation provision and appropriation.

Senator Hauschild offers the A-8 author's amendment. Passed by voice vote. Senator McEwen offers the A-6 amendment. Passed by division vote, 5-2. Senator McEwen offers the A-7 amendment. Passed by voice vote. S.F. 2442: Senator Weber: Outdoor use of rainwater and stormwater provision.

S.F. 1535: Senator Hawj: Local road wetland replacement program bond issuance and appropriation.

Senator Johnson Stewart moved that S.F. 1535, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1481: Senator Pappas: Pollution Control Agency notice to retailers that selling skin lightening products that contain mercury is illegal requirement, self-certification of businesses that receive notice requirement, and penalties on businesses who fail to self-certify provision.
