Senator Jordan Rasmusson called the meeting to order at 3:07pm. Senator Hoffman took the gavel at 6:09pm.

Call to Order

Senator Rasmusson called the committee to recess at 5:12pm. Senator Rasmusson called the committee back to order at 5:26 pm.

S.F. 856: Senator Gustafson: Office of the Inspector General creation and appropriation.

Senator Gruenhagen requested a division vote for the motion to adopt the A39 amendment to SF 0856. 5 yays and 4 nays MOTION PREVAILED

S.F. 2149: Senator McEwen: Labor and industry technical provisions modifications.

Senator Utke moved that the A-1 amendment be adopted to SF 2149. Senator Maye Quade requested a roll call vote for the adoption of A-1 amendment. 5/4 (Ayes: Hoffman, Rasmusson, Abeler, Gruenhagen, Utke; Nays: Fateh, Maye Quade, Mohamed, Wiklund) MOTION PREVAILED Senator Rasmusson moved that the A-4 amendment be adopted to SF 2149.
