Senator Steve A. Cwodzinski called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m.

Call to Order


S.F. 942: Senator Kunesh: School attendance reporting requirement to a local welfare agency and appropriation.

Senator Cwodzinski moved to adopt the A3 amendment on S.F. 0942, voice vote, amendment adopted. Senator Cwodzinski moved to adopt the A5 amendment on S.F. 0942, voice vote, amendment adopted. Testifiers: Michelle Miller, Child & Family Services Manager, Wright County Matt Shaver, Ed Allies Jessica Webster, Staff Attorney with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid

As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee.
