S.F. 328: Senator Putnam: St. Cloud Area School District preschool programs grant appropriation.

Senator Gustafson moved the A-1 amendment - motion prevailed The following individuals testified on S.F.0328: Gayla Holmgren, Chair, Preschool 4 Success Nicole Hansen, Assistant Superintendent of PK-5 Instruction, ISD 742 (Remote) Amy Trombley, Vice President for Community, Rotary Initiative Foundation Brian Hart, Preschool 4 Success member, Rotary

Senator Kunesh moved that S.F. 328, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2002: Senator Clark: Compensatory Revenue Task Force establishment provision, calculating a school's compensatory revenue eligibility on the basis of both direct certification and the application of education benefits provision, compensatory revenue spent at each site under certain conditions modification provision, and appropriation.

Senator Clark moved the A-1 amendment - motion prevailed. Senator Lang moved the A-3 amendment - motion failed. The following individuals testified on S.F.2002: Matt Shaver, Senior Policy Director, EdAllies Sami Rajab, Assistant Director of Government Relations, Minnesota Department of Education Steve Unowsky, Superintendent, Richfield Public Schools (Remote)
