Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:07pm. Senator Jordan Rasmusson took the gavel at 3:40pm. Senator John Hoffman took the gavel at 3:43pm.
Call to Order
S.F. 813: Senator Fateh: Integrated community supports codification proposal development by the commissioner of human services requirement provision.
Senator Fateh moved that the A-1 amendment be adopted to SF 0813. MOTION ADOPTED
The following individuals testified on S.F.0813:

2. Josh Berg, Director of Minnesota Services & Strategic Growth; Accessible Space Inc.
Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 813, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 812: Senator Fateh: Customized living rate phase-in under the community access for disability inclusion and the brain injury home and community-based waivers repealer.
Senator Fateh moved that the A-1 amendment be adopted to SF 0812. MOTION ADOPTED
