Senator Jordan Rasmusson called the meeting to order at 3:05pm. Senator John Hoffman took the gavel at 3:17pm. Senator Jordan Rasmusson took the gavel at 4:17pm.

Call to Order


S.F. 94: Senator Hoffman: Integrated community supports payment rates modification.

The following individuals testified on S.F.0094: 1. Josh Berg, Director of Minnesota Services & Strategic Growth; Accessible Space Inc. 2. Colby Miller, RN; Accessible Space, Inc.

Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 94, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 446: Senator Rasmusson: Home and community-based services standards for out-of-home respite care services for children modification.

The following individuals testified on S.F.0446: 1. Sara Grafstrom, Senior Director of State and Federal Policy; ARRM 2. Tyler Langenfeld, Senior Director of Strategic Development; ACCRA 3. Anisa Hagi-Mohamed, Advocate, Maangaar Voices

Senator Rasmusson moved that S.F. 446, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 401: Senator Utke: Room and board rates increase for certain individual receiving home and community-based services.

The following individuals testified on S.F.0401: 1. Sara Grafstrom, Senior Director of State and Federal Policy; ARRM 2. Mariam Osman, Advocate 3. Matt Freeman, Executive Director; Minnesota Association of Counties

Senator Utke moved that S.F. 401, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 402: Senator Seeberger: Disability waiver rates modification.

Senator Abeler moved that the A-1 amendment be adopted to SF 0402. MOTION ADOPTED The following individuals testified on S.F.0402: 1. Julie Johnson, President/CEO; MSS 2. Ken Bence, Director of Research, Analysis, & Policy; ARRM

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 402, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
