Senator Gustafson called the meeting to order at 2:40pm.

S.F. 4835: Senator Seeberger: Office of Emergency Medical Services replacement of the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board establishment.

Senator Seeberger offered the A5 amendment Senator Cwodzinski moved the A5 amendment - adopted by voice

Senator Koran moved that S.F. 4835, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee.

S.F. 4643: Senator Frentz: Minnesota State Colleges higher education individual retirement account plan eligible employees coverage election by the Teachers Retirement Association authorization, past service credit purchase authorization, and appropriation.

Testifiers: Susan Lenczewski, Executive Director, LCPR Kate Lynne Snyder, Education Minnesota Valerie Dosland, MN Association of School Administrators Senator Maye Quade moved the A24-0301 amendment. Senator Koran requested a roll call vote for the passage of S.F. 4643, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance 6/3 (Ayes: Dziedzic, Mitchell, Cwodzinski, Gustafson, Maye Quade, Morrison; Nays: Anderson, Drazkowski, Koran) MOTION PREVAILED

Senator Koran moved that S.F. 4643, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
