Senator Steve A. Cwodzinski called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM on March 14th, 2024, in Room 1150 of the Minnesota Senate Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3617: Senator Mitchell: Physical and sexual abuse education requirement.

Senator Mitchell presented the bill. The following individuals testified on S.F.3617: Marcia Millikin, MN Children’s Alliance Anuraa Venkat, East Ridge High School student

S.F. 1318: Senator Mann: School employee health insurance authorization; nonlicensed school personnel minimum starting salary increase; paid orientation and professional development for paraprofessionals authorization; appropriating money.
