classified as private data when the candidate has reasonable fear as to the
safety of the candidate of the candidate\'s family.

Senator Westlin moved the A1 Author's Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A1 Amendment was adopted. Senator Marty moved that SF 746 be recommended to pass, as amended, and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed.
