1.1A Senate resolution

1.2amending the Temporary Rules of the Senate.

1.3Temporary Senate Rule No. 7.3 is amended to read:

1.47.3The omnibus tax and appropriation bills are:

 1.5    (1) the omnibus tax bill;

 1.6(2) the agriculture, broadband, and rural development appropriations bill;

1.7    (3) the education appropriations bill;

 1.8(4) the commerce and consumer protection appropriations bill;

1.9(5) the elections appropriations bill;

1.10(6) the energy, utilities, environment, and climate appropriations bill;

 1.11    (7) the higher education appropriations bill;

  1.12    (8) the health and human services appropriations bill;

 1.13(9) the human services appropriations bill;

 1.14(10) the housing and homelessness prevention appropriations bill;

1.15(11) the environment, climate, and legacy appropriations bill;

 1.16(12) the jobs and economic development appropriations bill;

 1.17(13) the judiciary and public safety appropriations bill;

 1.18(14) the labor appropriations bill;

 1.19(15) the state and local government and veterans appropriations bill;

  1.20    (16) the veterans appropriations bill;

 2.1    (17) the transportation appropriations bill; and

 2.2    (17) (18) the omnibus capital investment bill.

 2.3    An omnibus appropriation or tax bill may not be divided.
