Senator Jeremy R. Miller called the meeting to order at 4:15pm

S.F. 4131: Senator Ruud: Constitutional amendment providing for the renewal of the environment and natural resources trust fund.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 4131, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3636: Senator Utke: (J.R. 2.03 Late Bill) Process for approval of structured settlement amendment; Structured settlement purchase companies requirement to register and provide a surety bond.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3636, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
