Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:39 A.M., on April 6, 2022, in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3875: Senator Lang: Veterans homes appropriation.

Senator Lang presented SF 3875. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved the A2 Amendment. On a voice vote, the motion prevailed and THE A2 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Senator Kiffmeyer presented SF 3975.

Senator Ingebrightsen moved that Senate File 1154 be laid on the table, as amended. On a voice vote, the motion prevailed. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved Senate File 3975 be taken from the table. On a voice vote, the motion prevailed. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved to delete section 58 on page 36 of SF 3975 (This is a technical amendment - the identical section also appears in SF 1154, the Transportation omnibus, and does not need to be shown in two places in the combined bill). On a voice vote, the motion prevailed. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved that SF 3975 be amended to include the contents of SF 3875, as amended, and SF 1154, as amended, and that staff be instructed to make the necessary technical and conforming changes. On a voice vote, the motion prevailed. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved that SF 3975, as amended, be recommended to pass and placed on general orders. A roll call vote was requested. The results were as follows: 

AYES: Rosen, Ingebrightsen, Benson, Johnson, Kiffmeyer, Pratt 

NAYS: Marty, Kent
