Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 1:05 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3566: Senator Clausen: Criteria modification for prescribing controlled substances for the treatment of intractable pain.

Senator Draheim moves the A-2 amendment, passes on voice vote. 

 

Senator Klein moved oral amendment to the A-2 amendment, Pg. 3 Ln. 17 after "not" insert "limited to," passes on voice vote.
