Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M. on March 10, 2022, in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3372: Senator Tomassoni: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis research appropriation.

Senator Bakk presented SF 3372. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved an oral amendment to SF 3372 as follows: 

Line 2.4, delete "July 1" and insert "June 30" 

On a voice vote, the MOTION PREVAILED AND THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED. 

Senator Ingebrightsen offered the A3 Amendment. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved the A3 Amendment. On a voice vote, THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE A3 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved the A4 Amendment. 

Senator Ingebrightsen moved an oral amendment to the A4 Amendment as follows: On line 2.6 after "program.", insert "This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2026." On a voice vote, THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED, AND THE A4 AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.

Senator Tomassoni spoke to SF 3372. 


Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3372, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
