Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M., on February 9, 2022 in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2677: Senator Pratt: Unemployment insurance trust fund loan repayment and replenishment; appropriating money.

Senator Pratt presented SF 2677. 

Eric Nauman, Fiscal Analyst, reviewed the A4 Amendment. 

Senator Pratt moved the A4 Amendment. On a voice vote, THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE A4 AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

The following testified: 

Steve Grove, Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) 

Senator Pratt moved that SF 2677, as amended, be recommended to pass. A roll call vote was requested. The results were as follows: 

AYES:  Rosen, Ingebrigtsen, Marty, Benson, Champion, Johnson, Kent, Kiffmeyer, Lopez Franzen, Pratt.

On a vote of 10 AYES and 0 NAYS, THE MOTION PREVAILED.
