Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 5:20pm.

S.F. 9: Senator Pratt: Minnesota investment fund use exception for local government loan repayment.

Senator Johnson moved the A-21 Amendment. Motion prevailed.

Casey Muhm explained the specifics of the bill.

Commissioner Roslyn Robertson, Department of Labor and Industry, gave testimony.

Commissioner Steve Grove, Department of Employment and Economic Development, gave testimony.

Senator Rosen moved the A-2 amendment. Motion prevailed.

Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 9, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
