Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 8:34am

S.F. 1589: Senator Benson: J.R. 2.03: Communicable diseases contact tracing, digital contact tracing, immunizations, communicable disease testing, and required disclosures limits establishment; data destruction requirement; employer mandatory digital contact tracing prohibition; civil penalties.

Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1589, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
