Senator Carla J. Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:33am.

S.F. 961: Senator Nelson: Minnesota COVID-19 recovery budget; economic, family, and health investment; taxation modifications.

Senator Nelson introduced the a-1 Delete Everything Amendment. 

 

Nora Pollock, Senate Counsel, and Eric Silvia, Senate Counsel, walked through the DE amendment. 

 

Jay Willms, Fiscal Analyst, walked through the fiscal tracking document for the a-1 DE amendment.
