Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 8:46am
S.F. 353: Senator Koran: Minnesota department of information technology (office of MN.IT)
provisions technical changes.
Senator Weber moved that S.F. 353, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1566: Senator Housley: Energy Transition Legacy Office establishment; transition communities and
workers advisory committee creation; state transition plan for
communities and workers impacted by the retirement of power plants
development requirement; appropriating money.
Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1566, do pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance and that Joint Rule 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on S.F. 1566. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 2132: Senator Senjem: LATE BILL: Loan program for municipal utilities paying unusually high
prices for natural gas in February of 2021 establishment; program to
defray high natural gas bills from the February 2021 price spike for low-
income households; appropriating money.
Senator Kent moved that S.F. 2132, the previous committee report from the Committee on Energy and Utilities Fin.& Policy be adopted, that being that the bill, when amended, do pass and be re-referred to the Comm. on Finance and that JR 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1160: Senator Rosen: Pending Referral LATE BILL: Minnesota Telehealth Act; task force on
creating a person-
centered telepresence strategy establishment; appropriating money.
Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1160, that JR 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings and that the previous report from Committee on State Government be adopted and amended to read: the bill e amended and when so amended do pass & be referred to the Committee on Finance. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1756: Senator Howe: Pending Referral LATE BILL: Continuing education requirements for
building officials
modification.
Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 1756, the previous committee report from the Committee on Labor and Industry Policy be adopted, that report being that the bill do pass and that Joint Rule 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 1756. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 2143: Senator Utke: Pending Referral LATE BILL: Workers\' compensation advisory council
recommendations

Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2143, that the previous committee report from Labor and Industry be adopted, that report being the bill be amended, and when amended recommended to pass and referred to Jobs and Economic Growth and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1467: Senator Limmer: Legislative Commission on Data Practices and Personal Data Privacy
reestablishment.
Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1467, do pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy and that Joint Rule 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 1467. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 1364: Senator Newman: Pending Referral LATE BILL Transportation Programming and Investment
Committee establishment, duties, and appointments.
Senator Miller moved that S.F. 1364, that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for further proceedings and the previous committee report from Committee on State Government Finance Policy and Elections be adopted and amended to read: the bill do pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance. - MOTION ADOPTED.
