Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:06pm.

S.F. 1059: Senator Draheim: Rural health advisory committee additional member authorization.

S.F. 1589: Senator Benson: Communicable diseases contact tracing, digital contact tracing, immunizations, communicable disease testing, and required disclosures limits establishment; data destruction requirement; employer mandatory digital contact tracing prohibition; civil penalties.

Senator Benson moved that SF 1589 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.

            Senator Benson moved the A-1 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-1 amendment adopted.

S.F. 2247: Senator Benson: Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board operation appropriation. *This will be moved as a vehicle bill.

Senator Benson moved that SF 2247 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Finance.

Senator Benson moved to oral amendment to SF 2247.

“Replace the appropriation on line 1.7 with a blank appropriation.”

Motion prevailed; oral amendment was adopted.

Motion prevailed, SF 2247 was adopted as amended and rereferred to the Committee on Finance.

 


Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2247, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
