Senator Carla J. Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:34am

S.F. 2019: Senator Ruud: Social Security taxable benefits full income tax subtraction phase-in.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 2019, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 273: Senator Goggin: Income tax subtraction for social security and other retirement income.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 273, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 441: Senator Eichorn: Individual income tax social security and retirement benefits unlimited subtraction authorization.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 441, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2091: Senator Dornink: Individual income tax unlimited social security income subtraction authorization.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 2091, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 558: Senator Eken: Income tax subtraction for social security and net investment income partial subtraction and new tax.

Senator Dziedzic moves the a-2 amendment.

 

The a-2 amendment is adopted.


Senator Miller moved that S.F. 558, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1361: Senator Rest: Individual income tax social security benefits subtraction increase.

Senator Rest moves the a-1 amendment. 

 

The a-1 amendment is adopted.


Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1361, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
