Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM.

S.F. 620: Senator Howe: City or county public official definition modification.

A-1 Amendment and SF 620 before us 

 

Senator Howe asks Senator Limmer to withdraw the A-1 Amendment. 

 

Member discussion regarding proposed oral amendments for SF 620.

 

Ms Premo with the proposed amendment:

Line 3.9 delete: “managers” before “heads”, insert: “managers,”

Line 3.10 after boards insert: “who supervise 2 or more employees.”

S.F. 1762: Senator Kiffmeyer: Family Child Care Task Force recommendations implementation.

Senator Kiffmeyer introduces her SF 1762. Senator Kiffmeyer has the A-6 & oral amendment as well. She will incorporate the change into her A-6 Amendment.
