Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:07pm.

S.F. 1496: Senator Draheim: Patient assistance program funds application to a health plan deductible disclosure requirement.

Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 1496 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Motion prevailed.

 


Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 1496, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 917: Senator Draheim: Pharmacy benefit manager business practices modification and general reimbursement practices establishment; maximum allowable cost pricing requirements modification.

Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 917 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Senator Draheim renewed his motion that S.F. 917 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.
