S.F. 263: Senator Bakk: Income and corporate franchise tax federal conformity to exclusion of
paycheck protection loan forgiveness from gross income; business entities
option to file a C-option corporations.
Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 263, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
Senator Nelson moves to take SF-263 off the table.
Senator Rest seconds the motion.
Senator Bakk moves the a-2 amendment.
The a-2 amendment is adopted.
Senator Bakk moves the a-7 amendment.
