Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 1160: Senator Rosen: Minnesota Telehealth Act.

Senator Utke moved S.F. 1160 before the committee. Senator Rosen presented S.F. 1160. Senator Utke moved the A-13 amendment. Motion carried. Senator Rosen discussed S.F. 1160 as amended. Discussion. The following people testified on S.F. 1160 as amended.

Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1160, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1020: Senator Dahms: Continuing education sponsors and instructors regulation.

Chairman Dahms passed the gavel to Vice-Chair Utke. Senator Dahms moved S.F. 1020 before the committee. Senator Dahms offered the A-1 amendment. Motion carried. Senator Dahms presented S.F. 1020 as amended. The following testified on S.F. 1020 as amended.
