Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. There was a qourum present.

S.F. 352: Senator Dahms: Agriculture special license plates establishment; appropriation.

Senator Ingebrigsten moved SF 352 before the committee. Senator Dahms presented SF 352.
