Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:01pm.

S.F. 953: Senator Benson: Ramsey county hospital moratorium exception.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 953 be recommended to pass to general orders.

            Testifiers:

Senator Benson renewed her motion that S.F. 953 be recommended to pass to general orders.

Motion prevailed.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 953, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1156: Senator Benson: COVID-19 vaccination administration medical reimbursement rate increase.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1156 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Finance.

            Senator Benson moved the A-3 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-3 amendment was adopted.

S.F. 1182: Senator Benson: Prenatal substance use reporting requirements modifications.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1182 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.

            Senator Benson moved the A-1 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-1 amendment was adopted.
