S.F. 429: Senator Benson: Presidential electors designation and election.

S.F. 652: Senator Kiffmeyer: Election judges lists with party affiliation submission to secretary of state requirement.

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that SF 652 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee

Senator Howe moved that S.F. 652, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
