Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM A quorum was present

S.F. 8: Senator Rosen: Federal funds received for COVID-19 purposes to be spent pursuant to a direct appropriation by law requirement.

Senator Rosen presented SF 8

 

Senator Rosen moved that the A-3 Amendment be adopted

 

Motion prevailed on a voice vote

 

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that SF 8 as amended be approved and rereferred to the Finance Committee

 

Motion prevailed on a voice vote

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 8, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Howe assumed the chair

S.F. 411: Senator Kiffmeyer: State government positions that have been unfilled for at least 180 days appropriation reduction.
