Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.

S.F. 146: Senator Benson: Mandated health benefit proposals evaluation process modification.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 146 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

            Senator Benson moved the A-1 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-1 amendment is adopted.

Senator Benson renewed her motion that S.F. 146 be recommended to pass as amended and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Motion prevailed.

 


Senator Benson moved that S.F. 146, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
