Senator Bill Weber called the meeting to order at 8:31AM Quorum was present

S.F. 138: Senator Klein: Additional property tax refund modification.

Senator Klein introduced S.F. 138 

 

Senator Klein moved that the A-1 Amendment be included 

 

Motion prevailed on a voice vote 

Senator Klein moved that S.F. 138, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
