Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 11:38am

S.F. 512: Senator Koran: Electronic paddlewheel regulation; symbol use authorization and wagering and ticket requirement modification.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 512, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 4223: Senator Weber: Seed law, noxious weed law, loans, pet food, meat processing, eggs and other agriculture policy and technical provisions modifications.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 4223, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3204: Senator Rosen: Utilization review and prior authorization of health care services requirements modification.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 3204, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 4511: Senator Newman: COVID-19 reopening of businesses for safe operation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 4511, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
