Senator Roger C. Chamberlain called the meeting to order at 9:35

S.F. 7: Senator Nelson: Omnibus E-12 education finance bill.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 7, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 1391: Senator Lang: Watershed district construction or implementation fund and project tax levy sources of financing expansion.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2751: Senator Anderson: Lawful gambling organizations audit requirements modification.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2615: Senator Pratt: Nuclear decommissioning reserve fund categorization as tax exempt entity.
