Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:26 p.m.

S.F. 1530: Senator Relph: Proof Alliance (formerly MOFAS) regional collaboratives grant for fetal alcohol spectrum disorders reduction.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1530, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1229: Senator Utke: Parity between mental health benefits and other medical benefits requirement; mental health and substance use disorder definition; health plan transparency requirement; health and commerce commissioners accountability requirement.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1229, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2540: Senator Anderson: Sexually exploited youth and youth at risk of sexual exploitation shelter services and other activities appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2540, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1370: Senator Housley: Palliative care advisory council appropriation.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 1370, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 8: Senator Housley: Assisted living licensing requirements, fees, and fines establishment; health and home care bills of rights modifications; home care licensing, office of health facility complaints powers, vulnerable adults act, and consumer protection modifications; task forces establishment; appropriations.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 8, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1363: Senator Wiklund: Telemedicine services provided by community health workers authorization; medical assistance (MA) limit for telemedicine encounters elimination.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1363, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
