Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 1038: Senator Benson: Breast cancer screening procedures insurance plan coverage expansion requirement.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1038, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2466: Senator Housley: Vulnerable adults financial exploitation provisions modifications.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 2466, be laid on the table. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1229: Senator Utke: Parity between mental health benefits and other medical benefits requirement; mental health and substance use disorder definition; health plan transparency requirement; health and commerce commissioners accountability requirement.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1229, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
