Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30am

S.F. 2275: Senator Howe: Aquatic invasive species surveillance and early detection system recommendations development.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2275, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1599: Senator Lang: Off-road vehicle trails (ATV) appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1599, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2438: Senator Lang: Local road wetland replacement program appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2438, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1227: Senator Ruud: Solid waste management tax revenue allocation modification.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1227, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.
