Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:05pm.

S.F. 324: Senator Eken: Nonprofit nursing facilities in border cities operating payment rate modification.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 324, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1223: Senator Senjem: Project Legacy grant appropriation.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1223, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1834: Senator Nelson: Behavioral health home services governing provisions modifications.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1834, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 356: Senator Jensen: Mobile food shelf grants appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 356, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2028: Senator Abeler: Integrated care model pilot project establishment and appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 2028, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
