Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:09 p.m.

S.F. 1070: Senator Hall: Medical cannabis requirements modification and appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1070, as amended and referred to the E-12 Finance and Policy Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 461: Senator Nelson: Tobacco cessation services authorization and appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 461, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1351: Senator Nelson: Pharmacy licensure requirements modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1351, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1038: Senator Benson: Breast cancer screening procedures insurance plan coverage expansion requirement.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1038, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
