Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:06 p.m.

S.F. 258: Senator Relph: Regional emergency medical services programs appropriation.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 258, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 148: Senator Rosen: Community emergency medical technician as member of a basic life support ambulance service authorization; emergency medical technicians occupation title modification.



Senator Rosen moved that H.F. 148, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1073: Senator Rosen: Community paramedics and community medical response emergency medical technicians to provide telemedicine services authorization.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1073, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 751: Senator Rosen: Opiate epidemic response; registration fee; response advisory council; response account; appropriation; provisions modifications; valid photographic identification (photo ID) requirement for purchase; reporting FISCAL NOTE REVIEW.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 751, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2453: Senator Benson: Public health services contracts grant appropriation.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2453, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
