S.F. 2541: Senator Draheim: Public contracting requirements modifications.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2541, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2523: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Statutory open appropriation for legislator salaries creation.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2523, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2111: Senator Koran: Affirmative approval before interim implementation of state employee collective bargaining agreements requirement.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2111, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
