Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:38 a.m. A quorum was present. Senator Koran was excused.

S.F. 2310: Senator Utke: Miscellaneous commerce department provisions modifications.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2310, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2313: Senator Utke: Insurance provisions modifications for conformance with certain model regulations authorization.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2313, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
