Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30am

S.F. 1048: Senator Johnson: Red River mediation agreement implementation appropriation.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1048, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1973: Senator Mathews: Assistant commissioners employed by the pollution control agency (PCA) modification and administrative costs limitations.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 1973, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1643: Senator Weber: Managed aquifer recharge study appropriation.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1643, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the @other. - MOTION ADOPTED.
