Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.

S.F. 1920: Senator Pappas: Skin lightening creams containing mercury use public awareness campaign creation and appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1920, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1415: Senator Draheim: Medical assistance (MA) enrollees duplicate personal identification (ID) numbers corrective plan to eliminate requirement.



Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 1415, be laid on the table.

S.F. 2352: Senator Jensen: Maintenance of certification for physicians as a condition of payment or reimbursement prohibition.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2352, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1609: Senator Benson: Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1609, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1746: Senator Benson: Human services grant programs evaluation requirement.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1746, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2081: Senator Jensen: Volunteer health care provider program requirements modification.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 2081, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
